胸腔镜肺癌手术治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的临床效果分析

Abstract Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery in the treatment of elderly non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 52 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from February 2016 to May 2017 were divided into control group and observation group by random number method.The control group was treated by traditional thoracotomy,while the observation group was treated by thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery.The changes of operation indexes,complication rate and biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the indwelling time and hospitalization time of the drainage tube were shorter than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The amount of bleeding during operation,the total amount of thoracic drainage and the amount of postoperative painkillers in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissection between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of incision infection and arrhythmia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).WBC,CRP and ALB in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery in the treatment of elderly non-small cell lung cancer is exact.It can effectively speed up postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of complications and improve various biochemical indexes,and it has a positive clinical significance.
