| Observation of the effect of perioperative nursing in the bone arthroplasty |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing in the bone arthroplasty.Methods A total of 102 patients treated in our hospital by bone arthroplasty from May 15,2016 to May 15,2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the sequence of admission,they were evenly divided into conventional group and experimental group,51 cases in each group.The conventional group was provided general perioperative nursing,while the experimental group treated with clinical nursing path intervention during perioperative period.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infection in the experimental group was 1.96%,lower than that in conventional group accounting for 15.69%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 94.12%,which was higher than that in the conventional group for 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospital stay and time to be off bed in the experimental group were shorter compared with those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 3.92%,lower than 17.65%in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of clinical nursing path intervention during perioperative period for patients with bone arthroplasty is beneficial to reduce the incidence of postoperative infection and improve nursing effect,which is worthy of practice and promotion.
