Abstract Objective To observe the effect of HY-D type computer intermediate frequency drug introduction in the treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis.Methods100 childpatients with juvenile idiopathic arthritisadmitted treated in the department of rheumatology and immunology of our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected, and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing. The observation group was given HY-D type computer intermediate frequency drug introduction on the basis of the control group. The inflammatory indexes, treatment effect and recovery time were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences in C-reactionprotein(CRP),interleukin-1β (IL-lβ),interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin-7(IL-7)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of CRP、IL-lβ、IL-6 and IL-7 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of ACR20,ACR50 and ACR70 in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The swelling disappearance time, pain disappearance time, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of HY-D type computerintermediate frequency drug introduction can effectively improve the effect and shorten the recovery time in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
