冠心病快速心律失常患者急诊应用胺碘酮的临床疗效研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of Amiodarone in emergency patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)tachyarrhythmia.Methods From February 2015 to May 2017,50 patients with CHD tachyarrhythmia treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.By computer distribution method,they were evenly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.In the control group,routine drug for treatment was applied,while in the observation group,Amiodarone was adopted.The total effectiveness rate,time of symptoms disappearing,recovery time of normal electrocardiography (ECG),therapeutic time,incidence of adverse reactions and improvement of clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate of the patients in the observation group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of symptoms disappearing,recovery time of normal ECG and therapeutic time in the observation group were(5.21±1.12)d,(8.21±1.67)d and (11.45±2.01)d respectively,which were all shorter than those in the control group ([6.47±2.11],[11.26±2.36]and[15.24±2.15]d),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.00%,which was lower than that of the control group (40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the observation group,the heart rate was(76.32±1.02)times/min,which was lower than that in the control group([137.54±1.68]times/min),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The PR interval and Q-T interval were (152.23±1.36)ms and (38.56±1.02)ms in the observation group respectively,which were longer than those in the control group([145.65±1.85],[36.54±1.12]ms),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementation of Amiodarone in the treatment of CHD patients with tachyarrhythmia obtain a remarkable effect by improving the effectiveness rate,and shortening the time of symptoms disappearance,ECG recovery time and treatment time,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
