安定注射液在焦虑症患者心脏彩超检查中的应用及价值

Abstract ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical application value of Anding Injection in cardiac color doppler examination for patients with anxiety disorder.Methods 80 patients needing with cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected and they were grouped according to the random number method,and each group had 40 cases.The observation group was given Anding to conduct sedation in cardiac color doppler examination in the observation group,while the control group was given conventional treatment,then mainly psychological nursing intervention,appropriate constraint was given.The change of heart rate,oxygen saturation in the inspection process,and the proportion of facial color,pupil and skin color and luster change in the two groups were observed,and The change of respiratory rhythm and frequency of two groups were compared,and time-consuming of examination and the change of anxiety and depression score after intervention and the quiet state of the patient during the examination were counted in the two groups.Results The heart rate and respiratory of the observation group was slower than those of the control group,the oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The total proportion of facial color,pupil and skin color and luster change in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The proportion of quiet and sleep in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of restlessness was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The anxiety and depression score in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Time-consuming of examination in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Anding Injection used in cardiac color doppler examination for patients with anxiety disorder can better maintain vital signs of patients,avoid the occurrence of complications in the inspection process,improve the psychological state of patients,and let the patients examine quietly,shorten the inspection time,avoid interference,and and obtain more accurate results.
