炎琥宁辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及其对免疫功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Yanhuning on the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its immune function.Methods A total of 96 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from January 2014 to July 2016.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,each group was 48 patients.The experimental group was given Azithromycin combined with Yanhuning,and the reference group was treated with azithromycin.The clinical efficacy,therapeutic efficiency and changes of cellular immune parameters after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(79.17%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).IgM,IgG and IgA levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05）.The level of IgM and IgG were significantly lower in both groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of Yanhuning adjuvant treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia has a significant clinical efficacy,can improve the efficiency of treatment in children,improve the humoral immune function in children,in clinical treatment worthy of promotion and application.
