| Vaginal delivery after cesarean section without vaginal delivery |

Abstract Objective To explore the safety of vaginal delivery after cesarean section without vaginal delivery.Methods The clinical data of 128 cases pregnant women(study group)without vaginal delivery after cesarean section and 130 cases pregnant women(control group)who conformed to the standard of vaginal delivery in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The vaginal delivery success rate,vaginal delivery course,rate of rupture of uterus,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal condition were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal delivery success rate of the study group was slightly lower than the control group,but no statistic difference(P＞0.05).There was no statistic difference in the first stage,the second stage,the third stage and the total stage of labor between two groups(P＞0.05).The 2 and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage of the study group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistic difference in neonatal weight,score and asphyxia between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The pregnant women without vaginal delivery after cesarean section could be recommended to try vaginal labor under strict screening and close monitoring.
