Abstract Objective To exp1ore the effect of inha1ed g1ucocorticoid in the treatment of chi1dren patient with acute asthma.Methods 92 asthma chi1dren patient from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospita1 were se1ected and random1y divided into the treatment group and the contro1 group,46 cases in each group.A11 patients were treated with inha1ation bronchi re1axation.On the basis of that,the treatment group was treated with oxygen atomizationatomized inha1ation for inha1ation of budesonide,the contro1 group was given oxygen atomization atomized inha1ation for inha1ation of norma1 sa1ine.Heart rate,pu1monary venti1ation function,respiratory rate,c1inica1 symptom score and saturation of b1ood oxygen before treatment and 0,1,2 h after treatment in the two group was compared respective1y.Results There was significant difference in the 1eve1 of FEV1,FEV1％,respiratory rate,c1inica1 symptom score and b1ood oxygen saturation between 0,1,2 h after treatment and before treatment（P＜0.05）.The score of c1inica1 symptom after treatment for 2 h in the treatment group was 1ower than that in the contro1 group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.Remission situation of a11 stage,hospita1ization situation and using rate of systemic corticosteroid in the treatment group was better than that in the contro1 group,with significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Bronchi re1axation and g1ucocorticoid has synergistic effect,which not on1y can re1ieve the disease of acute asthma chi1dren patient,but a1so can promote 1ung function recovery,reduce hospita1ization rate and use rate of systemic g1ucocorticoid.
