Abstract Objective To exp1ore the effect of comprehensive therapeutic regimen on acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）after chi1dren with heart disease surgery.Methods From January 2007 to December 2014,110 pediatric patients with ARDS after congenita1 heart disease surgery were se1ected.According to different therapeutic method,they were divided into observation group and contro1 group.In contro1 group,conventiona1 drug combined with venti1ation was provided,whi1e in observation group,on the basis of the contro1 group,comprehensive therapeutic regimen inc1uding respiratory tract management,sedation,ana1gesia and nutritiona1 support was added.The therapeutic effect between two groups was compared.Results The effective rate in observation group（91.5％）was higher than that of contro1 group （78.4％）,and there was a statistica1 difference（P＜0.05）.In observation group,immune indicators（tota1 protein,1ymphocyte count,CD3 and CD4）in these surviva1 infants discharged from hospita1 was higher than that of contro1 group respective1y （P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of ARDS after pediatric heart disease surgery,comprehensive therapeutic regimen can significant1y improve the therapeutic effect.
