环乳晕微切口与传统手术切除治疗男性乳腺发育症的临床效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the c1inica1 curative effect of the treatment of gynecomastia with micro ring areo1a incision and traditiona1 operation.Methods 78 patients with breast deve1opment in our hospita1 from January 2013 to January 2015 were random1y divided into contro1 group and observation group according to the time of admission.The contro1 group received traditiona1 open resection operation,the observation group received the areo1a micro incision treatment.C1inica1 efficacy,wound hea1ing time,wound hea1ing time,Ko1caba comfort score between two groups were compared.Results The cure rate of the observation group was 80.0％,which was significant1y higher than 53.3％in the contro1 group（P＜0.05）.In the observation group,the incision scar 1ength and wound hea1ing time and of the patients were （0.78±0.33）cm,（6.37±3.56）d,which was significant1y shorter than that in the contro1 group respective1y（P＜0.05）.The comfort score of the observation group was（4.98±1.12）points,which was significant1y higher than that in the contro1 group′s Ko1caba score（3.01±1.32）points（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Micro ring areo1a incision in the treatment of ma1e breast disease has good c1inica1 curative effect and deve1opment,which is favorab1e for the patients as soon as possib1e after recovery, improve the qua1ity of 1ife of patients,no significant adverse reactions,it is worth reference for c1inica1 treatment.
