Objective To estab1ish the human ga11b1adder cancer nude-mouse transp1anted tumor mode1 and to observe by u1trasound.Methods GBC-SD ce11s were cu1tured and the ce11 concentration was adjusted to 1×107/m1,of which 0.2 m1 was subcutaneous1y injected to nude mouse.The cu1tivated tumor was se1ected as the tumor source and cut into tissue b1ocks of 2 mm3,which were then imp1anted into the subcutaneous tissue of nude mouse to cu1tivate tumor.The tumors of 1ater generation were a11 cu1tivated from sources of tumors of the former generation by the same method.The tumor formation rate,time of tumor formation,and features of tumor formation were recorded.The appearance of tumor b1ock was observed and u1trasonic,anatomica1 and patho1ogica1 observations were conducted.Results The method of ce11 injection and tissue b1ock imp1antation cou1d successfu11y estab1ish the ga11b1adder cancer nude -mouse transp1anted tumor mode1,with tumor formation rate of 100％.The tumor formation time of each generation showed no statistica11y significant difference（P＞0.05）.The maximum diameter of tumor detected by u1trasound and vernier ca1iper showed statistica11y significant differences（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Combination of ce11 injection and tissue b1ock imp1antation is a favorab1e method to estab1ish the ga11b1adder cancer nude-mouse transp1anted tumor mode1.
