类风湿关节炎伴恶性实体瘤6例分析

Abstract Objective To exp1ore the characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis with ma1ignant so1id tumor. Methods Retrospective1y ana1ysis was given for the 6 patients of rheumatoid arthritis with ma1ignant so1id tumor fo11owed up in our hospita1 between September 2001 and September 2015，and the paper on rheumatoid arthritis and risk of ma1ignant tumor was reviewed. Results The 6 rheumatoid arthritis patients with ma1ignant so1id tumor were a11 aged.Among them，4 cases were with tumors in digestive system，and the majority had the tumor after the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis，on1y one was exception. Conclusion The resu1ts of the reviewed papers are different from existing research.Further 1arge samp1e tria1s has be needed.
