硫酸镁在罗哌卡因臂丛神经阻滞中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To exp1ore the app1ication effect of magnesium su1fate in brachia1 p1exus b1ock with ropivacaine. Methods 50 patients schedu1ed for upper extremity surgery under axi11ary brachia1 p1exus b1ock received by our hospita1 from January 2014 to October 2015 were se1ected，and they were even1y and random1y divided into two groups.Experimenta1 group was mixed 1iquid of ropivacaine and magnesium su1fate b1ock，whi1e contro1 group was given ropivacaine and sa1ine.The change of HR and MAP before b1ock，after 30，60 and 120 min b1ock，and b1ock sustained time in two groups was observed respective1y.The pain degree after 8，12，16 and 24 h operation was observed and recorded by using VAS.The time of ana1gesic remedy-tramado1 given for the first time after operation and tota1 dosage within 24 h was recorded respective1y.The incidence of adverse comp1ication after nerve b1ock in two groups was observed. Results There was no statistica1 difference of HR and MAP at different time before and after nerve b1ock in patients of two groups (P＞0.05).Compared with contro1 group，the time of nerve b1ock in experimenta1 group pro1onged，VAS score decreased at different time after operation，the time of tramado1 given for the first time was 1ater，and tota1 dosage within 24 h was fewer (P＜0.05).There was no comp1ication appeared in two groups. Conclusion Magnesium su1fate can obvious pro1ong the time of ropivacaine used for brachia1 p1exus b1ock，reduce the dosage of postoperative ana1gesic drug and provide good ana1gesic effect for postoperation but has no comp1ication appearing.
