去乙酰毛花苷联合米力农治疗慢性气道疾病合并重症右心衰竭的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of Deslanoside in combination with Milrinone in treating patients with severe right ventricular failure associated with chronic airway disease. Methods 68 patients with severe right ventricular failure associated with chronic airway disease admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group（n=32）and control group（n=36）.The treatment group was treated with Deslanoside in combination with Milrinone and just Milrinone for the control group on basis of conventional therapy. The arterial blood gas analysis，daily urine volume，NT-pro-BNP，pulmonary artery pressure were analyzed after being treated for 3 days and 7days，meanwhile，the clinical efficiency after being treated for 14 days were compared between the two groups. Results In treatment group，after being treated for 3 days and 7 days，the arterial blood pH was 7.23± 0.05，7.28±0.04，7.28±0.04，respectively，with greatly improvement（P＜0.05），the PaO2was（50.50±6.76），（55.40±7.14），（59.20± 6.76）mmHg，respectively，with greatly increasing（P＜0.05），while the NT-pro-BNP and pulmonary artery pressure was obviously decreased after being treated for 7 days［NT-pro-BNP:（1967.6±561.4）pg/ml vs（3757.0±1498.5）pg/ml，P＜0.05；PAP:（45.95±7.24）mmHg vs（56.70±6.08）mmHg，P＜0.05］，the daily urine volume was（1414.5±227.6），（2561.6±607.8），（2065.0±297.4）ml，respectively，with obviously increasing（P＜0.05），and all parameters showed a better improvement compared with the control group（P＜0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than in the control group（90.6%vs 69.4%，P=0.000）. Conclusion The treatment of Deslanoside in combination with Milrinone is effective for patients with severe right ventricular failure associated with chronic airway disease.
