艾迪注射液联合化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 45 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the conventional chemotherapy group（20 patients）and the combined treatment group（25 patients）according to different treatment measures.The conventional chemotherapy group was treated with oxaliplatin and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium，and the combined treatment group was treated with oxaliplatin，tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium combined with Aidi injection.The clinical efficacy，improvement of quality of life and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared. Results The total remission rate in the combined treatment group was 52%，which was higher than 30%in the conventional chemotherapy group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The improvement rate of quality of life in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the conventional chemotherapy group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of leukocyte decrement，platelet decrement，hemoglobin reduction，nausea and vomiting，and diarrhea in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the conventional chemotherapy group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is significant，the incidence rate of adverse reaction is low，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
