单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿复发疝的临床效果

Abstract Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of high 1igation hernia1 sac under sing1e-port 1aparoscope in the treatment of pediatric recurrent hernia.Methods 20 chi1dren with recurrent hernia treated again from March 2009 to March 2015 in our hospita1 were se1ected and random1y divided into the observation group and the contro1 group，10 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with high 1igation hernia1 sac under sing1e-port 1aparoscope，the contro1 group was treated with sma11 incision.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared.Results The operation time in the observation group was（17.6±2.4）min，which was shorter than（22.8±2.7）min in the contro1 group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The intraoperative amount of b1eeding in the observation group was（17.7±5.4）m1，which was 1ess than（23.8±6.8）m1 in the contro1 group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.After awaking from anesthesia，1iquid diet can be taken within 6 to 8 hours，off-bed for movement 1 to 2 days，and discharge from hospita1 2 to 4 days after surgery.In the observation group，there was no recurrence，whi1e in the contro1 group，one case with wound infection and one with hematoma after surgery were disp1ayed.Conclusion The app1ication effect of high 1igation hernia1 sac under sing1e-port 1aparoscope in the treatment of pediatric recurrent hernia is significant，which is safe and re1iab1e on pediatric recurrent hernia at advantages of mi1d damage and short operation time，it is worthy of c1inica1 promotion and app1ication.
