沙利度胺联合液氮冷冻治疗结节性痒疹的效果观察

Abstract Objective To observe the effectiveness of thalidomide combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of prurigo nodularis.Methods Altogether 54 cases of prurigo nodularis patients who had been treated in the hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 27 cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with 50 mg，thalidomide 2 times per day.And 50 mg or 25 mg once daily was administered together with cryotherapy after symptoms were tapering off.The freezing and thawing could be performed repeatedly according to the size，thickness，position and local reactions of lesions.Patients in control group received oral desloratadine and were coated with compound flumetasone ointment.Results The effectiveness rate and recurrence rate of observation group was respectively 85.18%and 8.70%，44.44%and 41.67%in control group，with statistically significant differences between the two groups（P＜0.01，P＜0.05）.And there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Application of combination of thalidomide and cryotherapy in the treatment of prurigo nodularis demonstrates its advantages in convenience，effectiveness and less adverse reactions，which is of great value in clinical application.
