多西环素联合克林霉素治疗女性生殖道支原体感染的临床疗效和安全性

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of doxycycline joint clindamycin for Mycoplasma infection of female genital tract.Methods 129 cases with Mycoplasma infection of female genital tract were divided into treatment group（65 cases）and control group（64 cases）by different treatments in our hospital department of gynaeology from January 2013 to October 2014.The treatment group were given doxycycline by oral joint clindamycin by intrarenous，while the control group were given doxycycline alone.Curative effect of two groups were observed and safety were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 96.92%in the treatment group，higher than 79.69%in the control group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The adverse events occurred in patients of the treatment group was 15.38%，compared with 14.06%in the control group，the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P＞0.05）.Conclusion For Mycoplasma infection of female genital tract，the treatment of doxycycline joint clindamycin has a better clinical efficacy and safety.
