谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶在牙周炎患者龈沟液和血清中的水平研究

Abstract Objective To study the levels of glutathione peroxidase　（GSH-Px）in gingival fluid and serum of patients with periodontitis.Methods 41 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis in the active period and 27 cases in the diastasis period and 30 patients received the same period of periodontal health　（control group），who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 and selected as the research objects.Then，the levels of GSH-Px in gingival fluid and serum of three groups were compared，and correlation among GSH-Px levels and gingival index，periodontal pocket depth，attachment loss were statistically analyzed.Results The gingival fluid volume，gingival index，periodontal pocket depth and attachment loss of patients with chronic periodontitis in the active period and diastasis period were significantly higher than those in the control group（P＜0.05）；The gingival fluid volume，gingival index，periodontal pocket depth and attachment loss of patients with chronic periodontitis in the active period were significantly higher than those in the diastasis period（P＜0.05）.The levels of GSH-Px in gingival fluid and serum of patients with chronic periodontitis in the active period and diastasis period were significantly higher than those in the control group　（P＜0.05）；The level of GSH-Px in gingival fluid and serum of patients with chronic periodontitis in the active period were significantly higher than those in the diastasis period　（P＜0.05）.In addition，there was negative correlation among GSH-Px and gingival index，periodontal pocket depth，attachment loss in gingival fluid（r values respectively was-0.627，-0.459，-0.563，P＜0.05），there was negative correlation among the serum GSH-Px and gingival index，periodontal pocket depth，attachment loss（r values respectively was-0.443，-0.618，-0.538，P＜0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of dynamic monitoring of GSH-Px in gingival fluid，which can provide a reliable reference for further understanding the pathogenesis of periodontal disease and assessing the extent of disease.
