超敏C-反应蛋白、血尿酸与不同危险分层急性非ST段抬高型冠脉综合征患者的相关性研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid（SUA），high-sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）and different risk stratification of patients with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome（NSTEACS）. Methods Altogether 78 cases of confirmed NSTEACS patients who had been treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as observation group，including 24 cases in the low risk group，27 cases in middle risk group and 27 cases in high risk group.Meanwhile，52 cases of hospitalized patients with coronary heart diseases in the same period were selected as control group.Fasting venous blood was drawn from all the patients in the early morning of the 2nd day after their admission or before emergency coronary angiography for detection of SUA and hs-CRP levels in both groups.Results The level of SUA and hs-CRP increased in the higher risk stratification of NSTEACS patients，and was the highest in high risk group.The level of SUA and hs-CRP in both high and middle risk groups was significantly higher than that in low risk group and control group respectively（P＜0.05）.There was also significant difference in SUA level between low risk group and control group（P＜0.05）.Compared with that of control group，the level of hs-CRP in low risk group was higher but without significant difference between the two groups（P＞0.05）.SUA and hs-CRP levels were significantly positively correlated with different risk stratification of NSTEACS　（r1=0.528，r2=0.446，P＜0.05）.Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP and SUA are closely related to the different risk stratification of NSTEACS patients.Therefore，the detection of SUA and hs-CRP levels in different risk stratification of NSTEACS patients has important reference significance in assessment of the patients′conditions.
