鼻营养喷剂防治内蒙古阿拉善地区秋季鼻炎的临床研究

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of nose-nutrient spray on prevention and cure of autumn-rhinitis in Alxa area in Inner Mongolia.M ethods From July 2013 to October 2015，150 patients visited our outpatient clinics for treatmentwere selected，and random ly divided into two groups.In treatment group（n=80），nose-nutrient spray was provided，while in control group（n=70），Nasal spray with budesonide was applied.The improvement of nasal symptoms and quality of life（QOL）were observed.Follow-up visits were carried on 2 and 8 weeks after treatment.Results Observing improvement of nasal symptoms and QOL in these participants，the effective rate 2-week after treatmentwas 53.75%in the treatment group，and 57.14%in the control group，which was no statistical difference（χ2=0.174，P=0.677）.The effective rate 8-week after treatment was 73.75%in the treatment group，and control group was 54.29%.The effect in the former group was higherwith a statistical significance（χ2=5.376，P=0.02）.3 cases occurred with slight dermatitis of nasal mucosa in the treatment group，and 12 cases presented with dryness and pain of nasalmucosa in the control group.All these adverse reactions were not specially dealt and in spontaneous remission after drug discontinuance.Conclusion Nose-nutrient spray applying to prevent and cure autumn-rhinitis in Alxa area in Inner Mongolia is safe and effective. It can restore the function of skin barrier and improve dryness of nasalmucosa aswell as clinical effect especially in a long-term effect and good patient′s compliance.
