体育锻炼联合黛力新对2型糖尿病抑郁症的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of physical exercise combining with deanxit on depressive disorder in patients with type 2 diabetesmellitus　（T2DM）. Methods 120 T2DM patients hospitalized and from outpatient clinics from January 2013 to October 2014 in our hospitalwere selected and randomly divided into the observation group one，the observation group two，the observation group three and the control group，30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with insulin，the observation group one was given deanxit on the basis of the control group，the observation group two was given physical exercise on the basis of the control group，the observation group three was given deanxit on the basis of the observation group two.The course of treatmentwas lasted for 4 weeks.The homeostasismodel assessment of insulin resistance　（HOMA-IR）before and after therapy，the score of self-rating depression scale（SDS）and Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）were compared.The effect evaluation was performed after score standardization by nimodipinemothed.Results Except the control group，the values of HOMA-IR，the scores of SDS and HAMD before and after therapy，and the curative effect were all improved，All indexes in the observation group three were improved more remarkably compared with the other groups，with statistical difference（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive therapy of physical exercise with early-stage anti-depression has an obvious effect on improving each index in T2DM with depressive disorder patients aswell as quality of life，it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
