妊娠合并血小板减少症的病因学分析及其对母婴妊娠结局的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the etiology of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy and its effect on maternal and neonatal outcomes.Methods 80 cases in our hospital in June 2013 to June 2015 were thrombocytopenia with pregnancy reduce patients as observation group，according to the platelet count the observation group was divided into observation group 1　（mild thrombocytopenia，30 cases），observation group 2　（moderate thrombocytopenia，30 cases）and observation group 3　（severe thrombocytopenia，20 cases）.Another 80 cases of normal pregnantwomen in our hospitalwere selected as control group.Pregnancy with thrombocytopenia reduce themain cause of the diseasewas analyzed，the rate of cesarean section，postpartum hemorrhage，neonatal asphyxia，index and platelet reduce disease severity and anemia，preterm delivery and postpartum complications and perineonatal outcomewas observed.Results The causes of pregnancy associated thrombocytopenia and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were among the main causes of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy，respectively accounted for 61.3%and 12.5%；the observation group of cesarean section and vaginal delivery rate compared with the control group，with no significant different（P＞0.05）；the rate of neonatal asphyxia，postpartum hemorrhage rate was significantly higher than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；the observation group had no puerperal infection，but the observation group 2 and observation group 1，observation group 3 and observation between the 2 groups，the prevalence of anemia among，with the significant different（χ2=19.224，20.256，P＜0.05）；the rate of premature birth was compared（χ2=16.336，18.198，P＜0.05）；the observation group had no neonatal intracranial hemorrhage，no death，but the average weight of newborn was compared，no statistically significant difference between groups（P＞0.05）；observation group 2 and observation group 1，observation group 3 and observation between the 2 groups，the rate of newborn thrombocytopenia was compared，with the siginificant different（χ2=16.357，17.028，P＜0.05，）and the incidence of neonatal thrombocytopenia was increased with the severity ofmaternal platelet.Conclusion Pregnancy associated thrombocytopenia and anemia，premature delivery，postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal thrombocytopenia and other indicators are closely related，should cause clinical attention.
