血维生素B12及同型半胱氨酸联合测定在脊髓亚急性联合变性中的诊断价值

Abstract Objective To evaluate the value of combined detection of Vitamin B12and Homocysteine　（Hcy）in subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord（SCD）.Methods 30 patients with SCD from January 2010 to December 2015 in neurology department of our hospitalwere selected into SCD group，and 30 healthy persons during the same period were randomly selected into control group from medical examination center of our hospital.Serum Hcy and Vitamin B12levels of two groupswere tested and compared.Results The concentration of Vitamin B12in SCD group was lower than that in control group（P＜0.05）.The concentration of Hcy in SCD group was higher than that in control group（P＜0.05）.The sensitivity rates of Vitamin B12and Hcy in SCD was 68.6%，72.4%respectively，the specific rateswas 45.3%，41.2%respectively.In combined assay of Vitamin B12and Hcy，the sensitivity rate was 93.8%，the specificity rate was 64.3%.Comparingwith the single assay，combined detection had much higher diagnostic sensitivity.Conclusion The detection of Vitamin B12and Hcy respectively is significant in diagnosis of SCD.Combined detection of Vitamin B12and Hcy can improve the diagn-ostic rate of early SCD.
