| Analysis of clinical nursing in chemotherapy treatment of cervical cancer by Paclitaxel combined with Cisp latin |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical nursing methods of Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer.MethodsClinical data of 60 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,according to the nursingmethods they were divided into experimental group and control group,each of 30 cases,they were treated with Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin,patients in the intervention group were received the routine nursing care,observation group on the base of control group were received comprehensive nursing intervention.After nursing,SAS scores and SDS scores of two groupswere compared.ResultsThe SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status of patients with cervical cancer,improve patients'satisfaction,the effect is significant,and can be promoted in the chemotherapy of cervical cancer patients.
