热毒宁注射液联合拉氧头孢钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果评价

Abstract Objective To discuss the effect of Reduning injection combined with Latamoxef disodium in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 200 children with bronchial pneumonia from April 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital were researched.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups，with 100 cases in each group.Two groups were given conventional anti-inflammatory，asthma，phlegm treatment，the control group were treated with Latamoxef disodium，the observation group based on the control group were given Reduning injection.Clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time，clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The time of fever，cough，pulmonary rales，chest X-ray showed complete absorption in observation group were shorter than those in the control group［（2.48±0.64）d vs（4.32±1.12）d，（2.84±0.83）d vs（4.20±1.07）d，（2.32±0.43）d vs（4.85±1.20）d，（4.02±0.52）d vs（6.87±1.47）d］（P＜0.01）；after treatment，the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（94.00%vs 82.00%），the differencewas significant（P＜0.01）；there were no significant adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion In children with bronchial pneumonia given Reduning injection combined with latamoxef sodium treatment of the reatment has effect significant，and the safety ofmedication is high，it′sworthy of application and promotion.
