Objective To compare the clinical effect of two different drainage bandage ways after themodified radical mastectomy of the breast cancer.Methods A total of 120 female caseswith breast cancerwho received：modified radical mastectomy from the General Surgery Department of Xiangya Pingkuang Cooperation Hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were collected，including 60 cases of double tube group treated with double tube drainage and continue central negative pressure attraction，60 cases of single pipe group were treated with the traditional single tube drainage and compression bandage after breast cancer surgery，the hospitalization time，drainage time，the incidence rate of subcutaneous effusion and skin flap necrosiswere compared and analyzed between two groups.Results The incidence of subcutaneous effusion treated with double tube drainage and continue central negative pressure attraction and single tube drainage and compression bandage was 3.3%　（2/60）and 13.3%　（8/60）respectively，the incidence rate of flap necrosis was 1.7%（1/60）and 13.3%（8/60）respectively，the drainage timewas respectively（7.0±2.2）and（12.0±2.0）days respectively，the hospitalization time was（12.0±4.5）and（21.0±5.5）days respectively，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Using double tube drainage and continue central negative pressure attraction can reduce the incidence rate of subcutaneous effusion and flap necrosis，shorten the drainage time and the hospitalization time，which has a better clinical effect，and isworthy ofwide popularization and application.
