磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床观察

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of combination of Sitagliptin Phosphate and Metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetesmellitus. Methods 40 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetesmellitus from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospitalwere selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，20 cases in each group.The control group was given Metformin，the observation group was given Sitagliptin and Metformin.The indexes changes of fasting blood glucose（FBG），2 hours postprandial blood glucose（2 h PG），glycated hemoglobin（HbA1c），bodymass index（BMI），fasting insulin（FINs），HOMA-insulin resistance（HOMA-IR）and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groupswas compared respectively.Results The levels of FBG，2 h PG，HbA1C，BMIafter 12 weeks of treatment in the two groupswas lower than that before treatment，the level of FINs after 12 weeks of treatment in the the two groupswas higher than that before treatment，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The levels of FBG，2 h PG，HbA1C，BMI after 12 weeks of treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment，the level of FINs after 12 weeks of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Sitagliptin Phosphate and Metformin used in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetesmellitus is better than Metformin monotherapy in the clinical efficacy of blood glucose control.
