骨化三醇联合胰激肽原酶治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Calcitriol combined with Pancreatic Excitation Peptide Enzyme in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 79 patients with early diabetic nephropath from August 2012 to December 2015 in our hospitalwere selected and divided into the control group（40 cases）and the treatment group（39 cases）according to the random number tablemethod.The control group was treated with Pancreatic Excitation Peptide Enzyme on the basis of routine treatment，the treatment group was treated with Calcitriol on the basis of the control group.The improvement situation of serum creatinine（Scr），urinary protein excretion rate（UAER），24 h urine protein，high sensitivity C reactive protein　（hs-CRP）and other indicators in the two groupswas recorded，the improvement situation of hemorheology indicators such as the plasma viscosity and blood viscosity（low and high）in the two groupswas compared.Results The level of plasma viscosity and blood viscosity after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The level of plasma viscosity and blood viscosity after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The levels of hs-CRP，UAER，24 h urinary protein after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The level of hs-CRP，UAER，24 h urinary protein after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 79.74%，which higher than 67.50%of the control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of Calcitriol combined with Pancreatic Excitation Peptide Enzyme in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is distinct，which can reduce the urine protein better as well as inhibit inflammatory reaction，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
