手术配合联合术后精心护理对床旁行经皮扩张气管切开术的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the operation cooperation and postoperative nursing methods of percutaneous dilational tracheostomy in the bedside.Methods 30 patients underwent percutaneous dilational tracheostomy in the bedside in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,15 cases in each group.The control group was given a comprehensive operation cooperation and the basic nursing after operation,the observation group was given careful postoperative nursing and comprehensive operation cooperation.The amount of postoperative bleeding,the incidence rate of surgical complications,the incidence rate of pneumonia,the degree of nursing satisfaction and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of surgical complications and pneumonia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference(P＜0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy in the bedside has the advantages of less trauma and fewer complications,the prognosis is good,given comprehensive operation cooperation and careful postoperative nursing can further enhance the effect of surgery in the perioperative period,shorten the hospital stay,improve nursing satisfaction.
