| Effect of individualized nursing intervention on the prevention of reactive power of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the prevention of reactive power of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods 80 patients with hemodialysis from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected.They were divided randomly into observation group and control group,each of the 40 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given personalized nursing,complication rate,quality of life and satisfaction degree of nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the total incidence of observation group was obviouly lower than that of control group(P＜0.05）;the health index,the emotional index,the psychological index scores of observation group were higher than that of control group(P＜0.01);After nursing,nursing satisfaction and comfort level of observation group were higher than that of control group(P＜0.01);Conclusion Effective individualized nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients,can effectively prevent the loss of reactive power of arteriovenous fistula,improve the quality of life,it is worthy of application and promotion.
