| Clinical study of acute kidney injury caused by diarrhea in infants |

Abstract Objective To explore treatment methods of acute kidney injury caused by diarrhea in infants,to minimize the damage to the infant′s body.Methods From December 2014 to December 2015,136 cases diagnosed as acute kidney injury caused by diarrhea in infants in our hospital were divided into group A of 54 cases and group B of 82 cases according to different treatment methods,infants in group A were given rehydration,correcting acid treatment,infants in group B were given expansion,correcting acidosis,Phentolamine and Dopamine and Furosemide diuresis,urine volume, blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),uric acid level were compared in two groups.Results The urine volume of two groups increased,Cr and BUN of two groups were significantly improved after treatment,but BUN and Cr,uric acid in group B after treatment decreased more significantly than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Expansion,correction of acidosis,Phentolamine and Dopamine dilating renal artery,Furosemide diuresis,oxygen inhalation,correct water and electrolyte disorders and other comprehensive treatment for acute kidney injury caused by diarrhea in infants,which have good operability and good effect.
