| Clinical study of gestational hypertension retinopathy and prognosis of perinatal infants |

Abstract ObjectiveTo provide an effective examination and treatmentways for gestational hypertension in clinical by analyze the relationship between retinopathy and its classification of the gestational hypertension with prognosis of perinatal infants.Methods2388 pregnant women in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected,with which 150 cases got gestational hypertension and 6 caseswere lost.150 patientswith gestational hypertension were divided into the following four groups:gestational hypertension group,mild preeclampsia group,severe preeclampsia group and eclampsia group.The incidence and stage of retinopathy in the four groupswere analyzed.The prognosis of perinatal infantswere evaluated with the Apgar score.The relationship between the retinopathy stage and the development of high blood pressure in pregnancy,the prognosis of perinatal infantswere analyzed.ResultsOf the 150 patientswith gestational hypertension,there were 60 cases in the gestational hypertension group,38 cases in the mild preeclampsia group, 29 cases in the severe preeclampsia group and 23 cases in the eclampsia group,and the number of patientswith retinopathy was 46(76.7%),33(86.8%),28(96.5%)and 23(100.0%),respectively,the incidence of retinopathy with different stage: stageⅠ was 63.3%,34.2%,10.3%,respectively,0;stageⅡ was 26.7%,55.3%,27.6%,14.8%,respectively;stageⅢ was 10.0%,10.5%,62.1%,82.6%,respectively.The incidence of fetal with poor prognosis of patients with different stage of retinopathy was 7.4%(stageⅠ),12.1%(stageⅡ),26.8%(stageⅢ),respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe development of retinopathy of patients with gestational hypertension is close related with the prognosis of fetus,thus the evaluation of illness condition timely and take correspondingmeasures can reduce the incidence of retinopathy and severity.
