老年脑血管疾病患者家属心理干预对患者康复的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the psychological state of the family members of the elderly patients with cerebral vascular disease and to take appropriate psychological nursingmeasures to the patients′rehabilitation.Methods75 cases of elderly stroke patients and their families from April 2014 to February 2016 in our hospitalwere selected and randomly divided into single intervention group and double intervention group.The patients of single intervention group were given psychological nursing intervention,the patients and their families of double intervention group were given psychological nursing intervention at the same time.The degree of satisfaction of elderly patients with cerebral vascular disease and their familymembers,the differences of psychological status,SF-36 scale score and NIHSS score of the patients before and after the intervention were compared.ResultsThe intervention satisfaction of patients and their families of the double intervention group was obviously higher than that of single intervention group,after intervention psychological conditions,SF-36 scale scores and NIHSSscore of the double intervention group were improved more significantly than the single intervention group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe psychological status and take appropriate psychological nursing measures can influence the rehabilitation of elderly cercbrovascular parients,can effectively improve the adverse psychological state,reduce neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients and with higher,nursing satisfaction of patients and their families,it isworthy of promotion.
