学龄前儿童家长口腔健康知识认知应用状况调查研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the cognitive application status of oral health knowledge among parents of preschool children.MethodsA total of 1000 preschool children parents from five kindergartens from June 2015 to June 2016 in our districtwere selected as the research group.Questionnaire survey was used to study the cognition degree of oral health knowledge of preschoolers parents,and the questionnaire survey results was analysed.ResultsThe awareness rate of parents brushing teeth before the age of 3 was 87.82%,and the awareness rate of brushing teeth in themorning and evening was 85.25%.The parents had higher cognition of oral health knowledge in these two aspects,but the cognition degree of related knowledge awareness that baby teeth was broken to treatment,pit and fissure sealant could prevent dental caries,Choosing of fluoride toothpaste were low.The frequency of preschoolers parents helping children to brush their teeth increased with the increase of academic qualifications,895 preschoolers parents acquired oral health knowledgemainly through radio and television,accounted for 55.87%,followed by the hospital publicity column,community health education,newspapers,kindergarten mission,oral hospital staff.ConclusionSome preschoolers parents have low awareness of oral health knowledge,and should further promote the propaganda of oral health knowledge of parents, which can effectively reduce the incidence of oral diseases in children and improve the children′s oral health.
