米非司酮在子宫内膜异位症患者中的综合应用效果观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe and study the comprehensive application effect of Mifepristone in the patients with endometriosis.MethodsEighty patients with endometriosis in our hospital from April 2013 to July 2015 were selected as the research object,and patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gestrinone,the observation group was treated with Mifepristone.Before and after treatment the WHOQOL-BREF score was used to evaluate the survival quality of patients;the total effective rate and level of endocrine(FSH,E2,LH)of patientswith different r-AFS staging at different time before and after treatment(3,6months ofter treatment)was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of patientswith r-AFS stagesⅠtoⅡand stagesⅢ toⅣ in the observation group was 94.44%and 86.36%respectively,was higher than 72.22%and 68.18%of the control group (χ2=5.267,6.123,all P＜0.05);the levels of FSH,E2,LH at different time after the treatment were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05);theWHOQOL-BREF scoreswere all higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionComprehensive application of Mifepristone has better effect in patientswith endometriosis, and less influence on the endocrine of patients,the improvement role for the life quality of patients ismore obvious.
