| Insulation care awakening intraoperative and postoperative stress in patients with general anesthesia |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the general anesthesia patients accepted insulation care on its awakening intraoperative and postoperative stress.Methods120 cases of patients with general anesthesia from December 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group,the control group was treated primary care,the experimental group was given insulation care,the post operative stress condition and revive the intraoperative of two groups were compared.ResultsBleeding amount of experimental group of patients was(492.36±10.30)ml,infusion volume was(2107.23±70.15)ml,operation time was(3.88±0.53)h,and bleeding amount of control group was(495.31±10.09) ml,infusion volume was(2119.52±75.10)ml,operation time was(3.93±0.46)h,there were no significant differences(P＞0.05);the low temperature,chills,agitation of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05);experimental waking hours was(45.63±7.02)min,endotracheal intubation time was(24.03±7.01)min,PACU residence time was(49.63±12.20)min in the experimental group,significantly lower than those of control group of waking hours(76.56± 10.50)min,endotracheal intubation time(35.89±8.51)min,PACU residence time(79.85±13.46)min(P＜0.05);two groups of patients had stress response,which stress reaction of the experimental group was lower than that of control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionGeneral anesthesia patients accepted insulation care,will not affect its operation,and can shorten the postoperative fully awake time,reduce the incidence of low temperature,chills,etc.,reduce stress,so as to promote the surgical treatment better.
