| Application effect of pharmaceutical care in patients with type 2 diabetes |

Abstract ObjectiveTo discuss the application effect of pharmaceutical care in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods86 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed by our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected for clinical research.They were divided into two groups according to the single and double number of order number.The control group(single number,43 cases)was given routine medication instruction,while the trial group(double number,43 cases)was given pharmaceutical care on basis of routine medication instruction.Blood sugar control,medication compliance and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.ResultsFBG[(6.23±1.62)mmol/L],2 h PBG[(8.34±2.43) mmol/L]and adverse reaction rate(6.98%)in the trial group were lower than those of the control group[(9.56±2.64) mmol/L,(14.65±3.70)mmol/L,(32.56%),and medication compliance (95.35%)in the trial group was higher than that of the control group(72.09%)(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe pharmaceutical care in patients with type 2 diabetes can help to improve the clinical effect and medication compliance,reduce adverse reaction,hence it is worthy of clinical recommendation.
