益气养阴消癥通络法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的可行性分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore effect of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo in treating early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 56 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to admission order,and each group was 28 cases.On the basis of routine treatment of diabetic,patients in the control group were given Irbesartan Tablet and traditional Chinese medicine placebo,and patients in the experimental group were given Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo Decoction.Blood glucose index,changes of renal function and effects difference between two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate in the experimental group was 92.86%,obvious better than 71.43%in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,all of FBS,2 h PBG,HbA1c and UAER in two groups decreased obviously compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),while the index between two groups had no obvious difference after treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,level of BUN in two groups had no obvious difference compared with before treatment(P＞0.05);there was no significant difference in BUN level after treatment between two groups(P＞0.05).Level of SCr in the experimental group and the control group was respectively(69.33±10.13)μmol/L and(73.98±10.07)μmol/L,and the difference was obvious(P＜0.05);level of SCr in the experimental group was significantly improved after treatment than before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion In treating diabetic nephropathy,Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo Decoction and Irbesartan have similar effect on patients′blood glucose and renal function,but curative effect is relatively obvious and suitable for clinical use.
