利普刀联合中药散剂治疗慢性子宫颈炎的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate clinical efficacy of LEEP combined with traditional Chinese medicine powder in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods84 cases with chronic cervicitis in our Department of Gynaeology from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods,42 cases in each group.The treatment group were given LEEP combined with traditional Chinese medicine powder,while the control group were given LEEP alone.Curative effect of two groups were observed.ResultsTotal effective rate in the treatment group was 97.62%,with 95.24%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);Vagnal bleeding time,vagnal drainage time and cervical wound healing time in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of LEEP combined with traditional Chinese medicine powder in the treatment of chronic cervicitis is remarkable.
