盐酸苯海索联合吡贝地尔治疗帕金森病的临床效果及安全性观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Benzhexol Hydrochloride combining with Piribedil in the treatment of Parkinson disease.Methods92 patients with Parkinson disease in our hospital from September 2012 to March 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the admission sequence, 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Piribedil,the study group was treated with Benzhexol Hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The unified Parkinson disease rating scale (UPDRS)score and Webster score before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,and the SCL-90 factor scores and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe UPDRS score and Webster score after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The SCL-90 factor scores after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of Benzhexol Hydrochloride combining with Piribedil in the treatment of Parkinson disease is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the quality of life of patients,with less adverse reaction and high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
