多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺联合治疗小儿重症肺炎的效果和对炎症反应的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of dopamine and dobutamine in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia and their influence on inflammatory reaction.MethodsSeventy-eight children with severe pneumonia from October 2014 to May 2016 admitted into our hospital were selected and evenly divided into two groups by a random number table,observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.In the control group,regular treatments including oxygen inhalation,anti-infection,cough arresting and asthma relieving,correction of acid-base balance and electrolyte disorders were used.In the observation group,on the basis of the control group,dopamine combining with dobutamine was added for the treatment.The clinical effect and serum inflammatory factor level in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate in the observation group was 94.87% (37/39),much higher than that in the control group accounting for 79.49%(31/39),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the observation group,levels of IL-6, TNF-α,and C-reactive protein (CRP)after treatment were greatly decreased in comparison with that before treatment and that in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionDopamine combining with dobutamine can obtain a remarkable effect on treating pediatric severe pneumonia and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in children and inhibit the inflammatory response,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
