| Effect observation of Modified Maxingshigan Decoction in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Modified Maxingshigan Decoction in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia.Methods 100 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from January to June in 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine treatment of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Modified Maxingshigan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The time of cough significantly reduced,pyretolysis time,pulmonary rales duration,lung X ray normal time,the time of white blood cell count in normal in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.0%,which was higher than 84.0%of the control group, with significant difference(P＜0.05).The time of cough significantly reduced,pyretolysis time,pulmonary rales duration, lung X ray normal time,the time of white blood cell count in normal in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Modified Maxingshigan Decoction in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
