清解方联合大剂量鱼腥草治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的效果及对患者血清及泪液氧化应激指标的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Qingjiefang combination with large dose of Houstonian Cordata on Herpes Sim plexeratitis and impact on serum and tear index of oxidative stress.Methods81 Patients with Houstonian Cordata on Herpes Sim plexeratitis and TCM syndrome type belonging to KangCheng from August 2012 to May 2016 had been randomly into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=41).The control group was treated with Ganciclovir eye drops during the day,with Gel Ganciclovir during the night while the observation group was given Qingjiefang with large dose of herba houttuyniae in addtion,a course of treatment is 30 days,the clinical curative effect was compared.ResultsThe serum,TAC and GSH-PX levels of two groups were higher than those of control group of treatment,MDA was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).The serum,TAC and GSH-PX levels of the observation group were higher than those of control group,while the level MDA of the observation group was lower than that of control group posttreatment,the difference was siginificant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was siginificant(P＜0.05).The total recurrence rate in six month of control group was higher than that of observation group (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Qingjiefang combination with Houstonian Cordata on Herpes Sim plexeratitis and impact on patient's serum and tear index of oxidative stress are remarkable,which can improve the oxidative stress reaction and reduce the recurrence rate,it is worthy promoting.
