包皮环切术在儿童泌尿系感染中的治疗和预防意义

Abstract Objective To explore the significance of circumcision in the treatment of urinary tract infection（UTI）in boys.Methods Form January 2014 to January 2016 in outpatient department of our hospital and hospitalization boys with urinary tract infection complicated with foreskin dysplasia were selected as the study objects,acording to the will of children and their parents,45 children with the consent of circumcision were selected as the experiment group,and 45 children without interesting of circumcision were selected as the control group.Experiment group was given the antibiotic therapy and circumcision implementation while the control group was treated with antibiotics alone.The urine routine and cleaning middle urine cultivation were carried among patients of the two groups 1，2 weeks and 6 months after treatment，the data were statistically analyzed.Results The count of white blood cell and colony in two groups was significantly decreased 1,2 weeks after treatment，clinical symptoms disappeared 2 weeks after treatment,the treatment time was（8.0±1.7），（9.0±2.7）d in the experiment group and control group respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P＞0.05）.6 months after treatment，the positive rate of white blood cell count in the experiment group was 4.4%（2/45），and the control group was 24.4%（11/45）;the positive rate of urine culture positive rate in the experiment group was 2.2%（1/45），and the control group was 15.5%（7/45），the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Circumcision can reduce the incidence of UTI in boys to a certain extent，especially for boys with foreskin dysplasia，can effectively prevent and control the recurrence of UTI in boys.
