股四头肌功能锻炼在COPD患者肺康复中的临床应用价值

Abstract Objective To explore clinical application effect of quadriceps functional exercising on the pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods clinical data of 100 patients with COPD in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were analyzed,which were divided into conventional therapy group of 50 cases and quadriceps functional exercising group of 50 cases by different rehabilitation measures.PaO2,Pa-CO2,6 min walk test,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred of two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results PaO2, PaCO2,6 min walk test,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred before treatment between two groups had no difference(P＞0.05). PaO2,PaCO2,6 min walk test,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred after treatment in the quadriceps functional exercising group was better than that in the conventional therapy group,PaO2,PaCO2,6 min walk test,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred after treatment was better than that before treatment in two groups,and the differences were statistical significance(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of quadriceps functional exercising in the pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with COPD could improve lung function of patients,it is worth to be used.
