病理征阳性的Miller-Fisher综合征与吉兰-巴雷综合征重叠型1例报告并文献复习

Abstract Miller-Fisher syndrome(MFS)is a type of mutation of Guillain-Barré syndrome(GBS).Typical clinical manifestations include extraocular muscle paralysis,ataxia,and disappeared tendon reflex.It is less common clinically,and the symptoms are usually mild,some of which may progress to GBS.The new diagnostic criteria are called"overlapping".When MFS progresses rapidly and presents with clinical manifestations other than peripheral nerve involvement,it needs to be identified.Clinical data and diagnosis and treatment details with integrated TCM and western medicine for a patient with overlapping MFS and GBS showing positive bilateral pathological symptoms,symmetry limb weakness,facial nerve involvement,laryngeal muscle paralysis,respiratory muscle involvement,distal sensory dysfunction,and autonomic nerve dysfunction were retrospectively analyzed.The literature review is combined,so as to deepen the understanding of the new diagnosis classification and standard of GBS and MFS.
