孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床研究

Abstract Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura. Methods Seventy children with pediatric allergic purpura in the Department of Pediatrics of People′s Hospital of Chenghai District in Shantou City were selected from May 2014 to May 2016.All the children were confirmed by clinical examination and accorded with the relevant diagnostic criteria of pediatric allergic purpura,they were divided into conventional group and treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group was given the routine treatment,and the treatment group was given the Montelukast Sodium based on the treatment of conventional group.The therapeutic effect,time of skin purpura disappeared,the incidence of adverse reactions differences were compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.1%,and the conventional group was 85.7%,the treatment group was significantly higher than that of conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);and the time of skin purpura disappearance,joint pain disappeared,and the disappearance time of digestive tract disease[(4.9±1.9),(4.1±1.6),(4.2±1.3) d]was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group[(6.8±2.1),(6.3±2.3),(5.7±1.6)d],the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);there was no serious adverse reactions in the two groups in the course of treatment.Conclusion Montelukast Sodium on the basis of conventional drug therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the treatment time of children and promote their early recovery,it has very important clinical significance,worthy of promotion and application.
