痰热清对铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染患者细胞因子的影响研究

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of Tanreqing Injection on cytokines in patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa pulmonary infection.Methods 128 cases of pulmonary infection patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital from April 2013 to August 2014 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(n=64)and control group(n=64)according to different treatment methods,patients in two groups were treated with conventional anti infection therapy according to the results of drug sensitivity,patients in the observation group were added with Tanreqing Injection.Clinical efficacy of two groups,serum cytokine levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 before and after treatment,and bacterial clearance rate after treatment were compared.Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 95.31%,which was significantly higher than 81.25%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the levels of IL-10,IL-8 and IL-6 in two groups were significantly changed before and after treatment,and the levels of IL-8,IL-6 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the IL-10 level was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Pseudomonas aeruginosa clearance rate in the sputum of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Tanreqing on the base of conventional anti-inflammatory and anti infective therapy can significantly improve therapeutic effect,and regulate cytokine levels.It is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
