泛影葡胺加西甲硅油在术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗中的作用

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Meglumine Diatrizoate plus Simethicone in the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods 45 patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and the treatment group(n=25).The control group was given routine Paraffin treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Meglumine Diatrizoate plusing Simethicone.The operation rate, complication rate,the postoperative first exhaust and defecation time,gastrointestinal decompression time and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant complications in the two groups during the conservative treatment.All cases were cured,there was no surgical treatment.The postoperative first exhaust and defecation time,gastrointestinal decompression time and hospitalization time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion Meglumine Diatrizoate plus Simethicone in the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction may accelerate the recovery of intestinal function, shorten the time of hospitalization,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
